Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 5th, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how michaelshatravka.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit this website or engage with any of our systems.
What We Collect
When you interact with this site (submit a form, send a message, or use a booking link), we may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Info: Your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything else you submit.
- Technical Data: IP address, device/browser info, referral source, and general site behavior.
- Usage Data: Page views, time on site, form interactions, and click activity.
We may also use cookies or pixels to track how you use the site, for performance, analytics, and retargeting purposes.
How We Use Your Info
We collect and use data to:
- Review and respond to your inquiry or application.
- Improve this website, system performance, and marketing efforts.
- Generate reports, analytics, and performance summaries.
- Create case studies, anonymized stats, or general marketing insights.
- Re-engage you with offers, updates, or follow-ups.
If you work with us, we may use public-facing parts of your business and our collaboration (including screenshots, testimonials, photos, or results) for portfolio, social proof, marketing, or internal case studies.
Do I Sell or Share Your Info?
No. I don’t sell your data. But I may use it for my own business purposes. This includes:
- Following up on your inquiry
- Building marketing systems or workflows based on your form input
- Referencing your project in conversations, case studies, or anonymized examples
- Featuring your project in portfolio marketing unless you’ve explicitly asked not to
If you don’t want your brand, face, or project shown publicly—let me know in writing before work begins.
Who Owns What?
If I build you a system (site, content, workflows):
- You own your business’s content and site. Once paid in full, I’ll send you a zipped copy of the full system upon request.
- If you leave my hosting, you (or your dev) are responsible for setup, restoration, and maintenance. I don’t manage other people’s servers.
- If you break it after delivery—by logging in, adding plugins, or editing code—I am not responsible for damages, bugs, or business losses.
Licensing and Use of Creative Work
If I produce content for your brand (photos, videos, copy):
- You get a royalty-free license to use that content for your business across platforms (ads, social, site).
- You do not have the right to resell, redistribute, white-label, or repurpose the content for other brands or businesses.
- I retain rights to use the content in my portfolio, reels, ads, and examples unless you’ve opted out in writing.
Your Rights
You can request:
- Access to any personal data I’ve stored
- Updates or deletion of that data (if legally allowed)
- To be removed from future communications
Legal Liability Disclaimer
I am not legally responsible for how your business uses the website or content provided. If you:
- Log in and make unauthorized changes
- Upload offensive or illegal content
- Break something with external tools/plugins
- Cause business or financial damage unrelated to my original setup
That’s on you. I’ll help fix issues caused by my work—but not by third-party changes or self-inflicted errors.
Final Word
If you’re unsure about anything, just ask. This policy is written in plain language so we both know where we stand. By using this site or working with me, you agree to these terms.
