Elevating Sales and Branding through Pre-Construction Luxury Glimpse

Overview:

In 2021, I had the incredible opportunity to spend a day in Miami shooting engaging content with my friend Mikhail Mudrik. We visited 57 Ocean, an upcoming new luxury development, to shoot a quick video of their model unit showroom.

The goal was to give his audience an idea of what was coming to the neighborhood and generate pre-construction inquiries while elevating his personal brand on social media.

The experience allowed us to connect with the audience on a more personal level, sharing not just our own habits and routines but also offering them a glimpse into the exciting future of luxury living in Miami.
